Meet Dr. Chris Hallihan, V.M.D.

A New Jersey native, Dr. Chris Hallihan was raised in Hackensack and graduated from Hackensack High School. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Princeton University, followed by his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania.

As co-founder of Animal Care Centers in Flanders and Landing, NJ, Dr. Hallihan brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to personalized, compassionate veterinary care. His clinical interests include surgery, oncology, and the treatment of avian and exotic species.

At home, Dr. Hallihan and his wife, Dr. Kristen Casulli, stay busy with their three children, two dogs, three cats, goats, and a flock of chickens. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, fishing, and boating.

Meet Dr. Kristen Casulli, V.M.D.

Born and raised in Flanders, NJ, Dr. Kristen Casulli is proud to serve the community she has always called home. After graduating from Mount Olive High School, she earned her degree in Animal Science from North Carolina State University. She then returned to the Northeast to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

As co-founder of Animal Care Centers, Dr. Casulli brings her expertise and dedication to the pets and families of Flanders and Landing, NJ. Her professional interests include internal medicine, feline medicine, dentistry, and creating a calm, positive experience through Fear Free techniques.

Dr. Casulli and her husband, Dr. Chris Hallihan, live in Mount Olive with their three children, two dogs, three cats, goats, and a flock of chickens. Outside the clinic, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time in nature.

Meet Dr. Cindy Weagley

Dr. Weagley earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 1994 and brings over 30 years of experience to the Animal Care Centers team. Known for her dedication to high-quality veterinary care, she has built lasting relationships with clients and their pets throughout her career.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Weagley enjoys an active lifestyle. She’s an avid runner, kayaker, and equestrian, and spends her downtime hiking with her German Shepherd and exploring the outdoors.

Meet Dr. Kevin Hargadon

Originally from Piscataway, NJ, Dr. Hargadon earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with high honors from Rutgers University in 2003. He went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2009, where he also played on the university’s hockey team.

Dr. Hargadon brings over a decade of experience to Animal Care Centers, with special interests in advanced internal medicine and veterinary surgery. He is passionate about delivering thorough, compassionate care to pets at all stages of life.

At home, Dr. Hargadon enjoys life with his wife, their two children, and their Golden Retriever, Luna. In his free time, he loves playing guitar, cooking, staying active, and cheering for his favorite teams—the Giants, Yankees, and Devils.

Meet Dr. Victor Villari

With over 40 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Villari is a valued member of the Animal Care Centers team. Originally from Jersey City, NJ, he graduated from Livingston High School and earned his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from St. Francis College. He later completed both his Master’s and Doctorate in Veterinary Science at Michigan State University, building a strong foundation in advanced animal care.

Known for his depth of knowledge and dedication to his patients, Dr. Villari has earned the trust of pet owners across Flanders, Landing, and the surrounding communities.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys reading, flying his plane, and restoring vintage sports cars. He lives in Chester, NJ with his wife, their cats, and a pair of spirited Pomeranians.
