As lifelong pet owners and experienced veterinarians, Dr. Chris Hallihan and Dr. Kristen Casulli founded Animal Care Centers in 1998 to create a neighborhood veterinary clinic focused on compassionate care and community connection.

What began as a small office in Flanders, NJ, has grown into two welcoming, full-service veterinary practices located in Flanders and Landing. Though we’ve expanded, our mission remains the same: to offer high-quality, personalized veterinary care in a friendly, relaxed environment.
