Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Chris Hallihan, V.M.D.
Raised in Hackensack, NJ, Dr. Hallihan attended Hackensack High School before attending Princeton University for his undergraduate, where he majored in Biology. He later attended University of Pennsylvania, earning his doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. He and his wife, Dr. Casulli, have three children, two dogs, three cats, goats, and a flock of chickens. Professionally, his interests include surgery, oncology, and avian/exotic animals. Outside of work, you can find him skiing, fishing, boating, and doing many other outdoor activities.
Dr. Kristen Casulli, V.M.D.
A Flanders native, Dr. Casulli graduated Mount Olive High School before moving on to North Carolina State University for her undergraduate, earning her degree in Animal Science. She later moved back north to attend University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia for her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Casulli, along with her husband, Dr. Hallihan, settled down in Mount Olive, and have three children, two dogs, three cats, goats, and a flock of chickens in their yard. She is passionate about internal and feline medicine, dentistry, and fear free office visits. In her personal life, you can find her reading, traveling, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.
Dr. Cindy Weagley
Dr. Weagley received her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia back in 1994, and has been practicing medicine for over thirty years. She is an avid runner, loves white-water kayaking, hiking with her German Shepherd, and horseback riding in her free time.
Dr. Kevin Hargadon
Dr. Hargadon grew up in Piscataway, NJ. He received his Bachelors in Psychology with high honors from Rutgers in 2003, before receiving his doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State in 2009 while also playing for the university’s hockey team! He has professional interests in advanced internal medicine and surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Hargadon and his wife share two children and a Golden Retriever, Luna. He enjoys playing the guitar, cooking, and exercising. He also loves the Giants, the Yankees, and the Devils.
Dr. Victor Villari
Dr. Villari has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 40 years! Originally from Jersey City, he graduated from Livingston High School before going to St. Francis College for his undergraduate in Micro Biology. He later received his Masters and Doctorate in Veterinary Science from Michigan State University. In his spare time, Dr. Villari enjoys reading, flying his plane, and restoring classic sports cars. He currently resides in Chester with his wife, their cats, and their Pomeranians.
